Serving 19,052 children and adults across 22 central and southern Ohio counties and operating in 153 community locations. Child Focus offers a comprehensive range of services including mental health, before and after-school care, school readiness programs, a parent employment program, education and training, substance use prevention, and early intervention. By collaborating with juvenile courts, social services, law enforcement, childcare centers, schools, and medical providers, Child Focus continually evolves to meet the region's needs, ensuring families receive the support they need to thrive.

Child Focus recognized the need to enhance their online presence and to effectively reach their community. They turned to us for our expertise in creating relevant and credible marketing deliverables that establish their authority in the field and help them rank higher in search engines.

THE SOLUTION

Legend Web Works created an SEO strategy to help Child Focus reach more people in their community.

We developed original website content and blogs, optimized for search engines, to provide essential resources to those in need. As Child Focus became a trusted resource and gained referrals from other sites, Google recognized them as a credible source.

We measured our success by tracking contact form submissions and form downloads.

Our approach led to significant results as the website content and blogs we composed established them as a credible and trusted source of information. 

KEY METRICS

The implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) and creating backlinks increased their online visibility, making it easier for families to find their resources.   

From March to June 2023 compared to the same time period in 2024, Child Focus saw almost double the performance in clicks, impressions, and an increase in average search position.

They received 43,000 clicks and 1.34 million impressions, maintaining an average click-through rate (CTR) of 3.2% which is at the standard of 3-5%.

 The contact form submission data also reflects an upward trend, with 350 submissions in 2022, 410 in 2023, and 265 contact form submissions just in the first 6 months of 2024.

THE OUTCOME

Our marketing strategy magnified Child Focus's online presence, enabling them to better support more children and families in their community.  

We were able to boost their visibility and credibility. The substantial increase in new users, clicks, impressions, and contact form submissions over the past year demonstrates that families have been able to find the resources they need.
